Strangles Beach

A lovely beach split East and West by a large rock outcrop. Used by families and couples. To the west is mainly textile with some topless sunbathing. To the east nude sunbathing is more popular. The beach is owned by the National Trust. No facilities and the access is very steep, particularly at the bottom where a rope is used to navigate the path.
