US Federal land where nudity is not prohibited but you need to be discreet. Tanning and some nude swimming but no strolling, nude game play, etc. To get here take the East River beach ferry to Jacob Riis Park, walk West along the beach until you're about 200 yards beyond the brightly colored abandoned houses.
