More Mesa Beach
Follow Hollister Ave in Goleta, then take Vieja Drive. When you get to Mockingbird Lane(< 1 mi.), find a legal spot on Vieja. (There is NO parking on Mockingbird). The trailhead to the beach is at the end of Mockingbird. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cliffs (keep going straight ahead) where you’ll find stairs (rough!) down to the beach. North/west right side facing the water) of the trail is nude. It is a thin beach, but beautiful. Note: nudity here is technically illegal, so be naked at ur own risk. Police generally leave us alone here, unless people call the cops and complain about beach sex etc.
